HELOGARD is a high-resolution radar system designed for helicopter approach and landing support. It detects low cross-section targets, like helicopters, in cluttered environments, offering early warning and guidance. Utilizing pulse compression techniques, HELOGARD achieves long-range detection with minimal power. It integrates with onboard systems, including ADS-B, displaying altitude and flight data for helicopters and other aircraft in the area.
